GhanaVotes2008.com was launched in September 2007 to be primarily a political news aggregation and user forum. Since the website was going to be a news portal with content updates daily, we built it around a CMS and provided our clients with a dynamic news publishing system.

There was no need for the client to learn to use any new software. This gave our client enough time to focus on what they do best: reporting the news. Front-end users can visit the site and read the news from any major Ghanaian news publication however if they want to use the site's blog and content submission software, they would have to register. The content submission feature is one of GhanaVotes2008.com distinct features from other major news publishing sites. The site gives the tools to users to be able to create and submit their own news.

The site also has a subscription and newsletter mailing capabilities all built into one easy to manage administrative backend. GhanaVotes2008.com is also ecommerce enabled and is actively collecting donations from visitors who appreciate the work they are doing.
